an important part of talking about crimes is not impersonating in the communication, if we are going to talk about a robbery, we don't want to say "I see how the man with a red shirt take the onions and run" because we maybe don't see how it happen, maybe we only hear how it happen, and if we actually see how it happen, we need to take in account that the event occur in the past, so we maybe want to say "they saw how the man with a red shirt took the onions" or "I saw how the man with a red shirt took the onions"

Crimes

there are many crimes, but is important to distinguish between civil law and penal law, civil law is more about the relations and deals that people make, like contrast, or accidents, this can have an responsibility stipulated by contract for example, when you sell something the implicit contract say you need to give the thing you are selling and the person that is buy it need to give something in exchange like money or another thing. on the other hand penal law is a moral punishment for going against a per-existence penal law.

kidnapping, Assault, Fraud, Theft, Ransom. And the punishment can vary between crimes.
